Tuesday, November 8th
This has not been a good day-diarrhea/vomiting unfortunately-
Haven't been able to hlod anything down
Taking medicine and hoping it will go away SOON- All part of the recovery-
I guess I'm just not used to being sick
Still walking, but no treadmill-too weak
Ger is coming up later-Had to tell Lisa/Steve Ford not to come today because of the way I felt-Slept most of the morning til noon
Things will get better
